Background:
My professional background was in retail and banking. While my children were growing up, I started doing small business bookkeeping, which I continue today. In 2004 I became a postpartum doula, soon followed by childbirth educator in 2005.
Philosophy: My goal as an educator is to equip new parents with the information necessary to make decisions that best suits their birth goals. I also try to instill confidence that they are their own best advocates and to trust their instincts.
Family, hobbies, etc.
Married with 3 grown sons, 2 dogs, 1 cat and a horse. I am active in my church. I like to scrapbook and love stories by local authors.
